Viveka is the COO of Padmini VNA Mechatronics Ltd. Over the last couple of years she has played an active role in building new structures and processes to keep the company abreast with modern innovations and human needs. Apart from her leadership role at Padmini where she is building an organisation for the future, Viveka has a deep interest in social change and developing the country, and that is what brings her to SEF.
