We are co-designing hyperlocal, state-wide teacher training and capacity-building programs with the state and local government
Our team partners with them to enhance efficiency and quality of teacher’s learning experience. These training sessions are targeted interventions in program design, operations, data and policy. This helps boost their targets, outcomes and impact.
Our goal is to equip teachers with simple and contextual tools and practices to create powerful learning experiences in classrooms for children to thrive.

Strengthening Current Teachers at Scale
We curate and conduct workshops in partnership with government institutions throughout the year that focus on strengthening targeted aspects of how teachers support their students inside and outside classrooms. The topics range from sharing innovative teaching methods to improve student engagement, to how to build stronger partnerships with parents and the communities to ensure students are able to thrive outside school.
Approach
Our teams have been closely working with the govt. training and coaching teams, teachers and principals across the partnered states to understand specific need-areas that require addressing. These needs inform some of the key topics of the trainings.
Learning Experiences for Teachers Include:

Implementation Support
We also aim to provide personalised support and coaching to teachers through observation and feedback in instructional practices learnt in trainings by trained coaches, and access to simple, easy to learn, short online courses on teacher competencies and mindsets.

Preparing Future Teachers at Scale
To approach the challenge of teacher professional development, we are simultaneously investing in improving the learning programs in state-run colleges (D.El.Ed and DIET). This ensures that the next generation of teachers are equipped with the tools, methods and support to transform learning experiences in the classroom. Our goal is to transform the perception of teaching as a profession - make it aspirational.
We have a dedicated team currently working in partnership with the District Institute of Education and Training (DIETs) to collaboratively restructure the diploma programs.
