OUR PARTNER SCHOOLS

COLLECTING RICH REAL-TIME DATA

We run immersive programs in 8 partners schools (COEs)

Our team that is embedded in these schools provides hands-on and customised support to enable teachers, principals and communities to adopt effective tools/practises that enhance learning experiences for children. This helps us gain deep insights that heavily influence our work and demonstrate excellence.

Note: We previously also worked with MCD Primary Schools in Bhim Nagri and Arjun Nagar who now stay connected to us as our alumni schools

We call our partner schools “Centres of Excellence” (COEs). They play a critical role in testing new ideas directly in classrooms and collaboratively demonstrating excellence.

THE MIRACLE WORKER

Hear from teachers we work with, stories on what inspires them and brings them joy in their work.

COEs are our key knowledge source to get detailed feedback on some of the new products, programs and models we aim to roll out at scale.

Our teams are embedded into the school systems collaborating on a daily basis with the principals, teachers, parents, students and the communities connected to these schools. The learnings from the COEs help us make strategic adjustments to the solutions before integrating them into the state-wide programs and help us understand the needs of teachers in real-time. The strong relationships we build with these schools are our biggest asset, which allows us to shape and refine our strategies over time.

Collaboration with SEF has been an amazing experience for us. It's a value-driven organization and each team member reflects it in their everyday work. Their customized tech-based solution, once implemented well by the government will definitely make a revolutionary shift in the space of quality education/training in India.

Our COE Schools help us gain insights in the 3 areas

This is done by studying impact in classrooms, processes and identifying learnings and insights

Teacher Development

  • Strengthening teacher’s capacity in innovative practices

  • Build 1-1 support structures for teachers

Principal Leadership

  • Strengthening their role as a team lead and culture builder in school

  • Data driven decision making

  • Building partnerships with communities and the Ed ecosystem

Community Engagement

  • Building safe home environment

  • Emotional wellbeing of students

  • Building partnerships between school and families

NOTE: All 3 aspects work towards ensuring children are learning at an age-appropriate level and gaining the skills and competencies of academic fluency and social emotional dispositions

Students in government schools have the potential to thrive as in any other school if teachers are able to create a nurturing, holistic learning environment for them.

We are working with the government to strengthen
1 million teachers by 2028.
