Deeksha is a people’s person who has spent over 24 years in the field of Human Resources where she held multiple senior management roles in the HR domain ranging from Business HR, Designing policies and procedures, talent acquisition and development and workforce planning & deployment. She has collaborated with cross functional teams across geographies. Her journey started with Executive Access and then she joined Sapient where she spent a significant part of her career before she jumped into the field of consulting spanning across industries sectors.

Her journey in the social sector started back in 2012 in Kenya with fundraising for various causes. She truly thinks that we need to build an equitable, egalitarian world. On moving back to India, she formalized her transition to the social sector by first undertaking the ‘India Leaders for Social Sector’ - ILSS program. Having worked with social purpose groups on a variety of pro bono projects, she joined ISDM in June 2021 as the Director People Management. Her role as the People Management lead is to design an adaptable ecosystem which fosters growth and creates a highly productive work environment balancing the needs of people and the organization, through policies, programs and services which develop and retain a high-performing diverse workforce, cohesively aligned to the attainment of organizational and people goals. She holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) from University Of Madras and a Bachelor Of Engineering(BE) from Thapar Institute.

Deeksha is married and has a 12 year old daughter and a cocker spaniel named Donut.
