Srinidhi Lakshmanan
(She/Her)
Director, Research and Learning
Srinidhi discovered her love for learning from and working with children nearly ten years ago. Since then, she has worked in different capacities across diverse learning spaces - as a Teach For India Fellow at a government school, as a teacher mentor and curriculum designer for a low-fee private school, and as an educator for the early years program at an alternative school. She graduated from Azim Premji University in 2017 with an M.A. in Education. Through her work, she hopes to create a nurturing ecosystem that supports meaningful learning for children.
Srinidhi spearheads the learning process at SEF, ensuring that every intervention, resource, or curriculum designed at SEF is aligned with SEF's student vision and delivers meaningful learning for children.
Her favorite childhood memory is spending hours at libraries picking out books!
