Finance Manager
Born in Maharashtra, brought up in Delhi, I’m a curious person who likes understanding the why in things.. work, people, systems, and everything in between. Growing up, I found comfort in structure, which eventually turned into a love for numbers and problem-solving. That interest slowly shaped my path into finance, which began with a strong foundation in commerce, bachelor’s degree, and master’s with a Finance major. Gradually this academic path evolved into a deeper interest in how financial systems support real, on-the-ground work. Over the years, I’ve worked across accounting, compliance, reporting, and financial operations, in both corporate and impact-oriented environments. What I’ve learned along the way is that finance isn’t just about spreadsheets, it’s about people, trust, and making sure good intentions are backed by systems that actually work. What I enjoy most is being the person behind the scenes who brings order to chaos. I like asking questions, simplifying processes, and making systems more intuitive so people can focus on the bigger picture. I’m detail-oriented but flexible, practical but empathetic, and I believe finance should work for people and not overwhelm them. Outside of work, I like to keep things balanced. I enjoy reading, long conversations, even longer naps, and quiet moments that help me reset and reflect. I try to be intentional about how I spend my time and energy. Growth matters to me, but so does stability and mental clarity. Being part of SEF feels aligned with what I care about, the work goes beyond outcomes on paper, and I’m excited to contribute by strengthening financial systems in ways that are thoughtful, sustainable, and human.
A curious child who asked a lot of questions and was usually out of class for debate practice.
