Shweta Choudhary

Associate People and Culture

Growing up in a diverse community and a government school in Delhi, Shweta was shy and unexpressive, until education helped her find her voice and confidence. Her academic journey in Social Sciences at Ambedkar University Delhi nurtured her curiosity and encouraged her to question, reflect, and engage deeply with the world. Pursuing a Master’s in Gender Studies further strengthened her lens on equity, identity, and the power of education to shape lives.

Over the years, her work with children, teachers, and government school stakeholders strengthened her belief that change becomes sustainable when people feel empowered and supported to grow. As a Teach For India fellow and later as an Associate in School & Community Relations, She learned that true impact is built through relationships, consistent effort, and strengthening systems that outlast individuals. She’s inspired by the courage of children, the resilience of communities, and the vision of educators who show up every day with hope.

Beyond work, Shweta finds joy in solitude, meaningful conversations with loved ones, and spending time in nature. Creating mandalas and reading books helps her reflect, stay grounded, and learn continuously. She believes in living with intention, nurturing relationships, and finding beauty in small moments.
