It took four generations of perseverance to send Shrutika, the first child of the family, to a prestigious institution out of Uttarakhand to pursue higher education; she dreams that what took her family four generations can turn into one for the children in Uttarakhand.

A firm believer in the potential that an individual and system hold, Shrutika started her SEF journey at the Pathshala Learning Centre in Uttarakhand. Prior to SEF, Shrutika worked with Teach For India as a Fellow and then as a Program Manager, where she worked directly with the government schools in Delhi.

Currently, Shrutika leads all programs in Tehri Garhwal Uttarakhand, ensuring children and schools in the community have access to high-quality learning and opportunities to empowe them.

Shrutika would define her childhood as filled with curiosity and wonders!!
