Saloni is a compassionate educator whose love for learning transformed during her Teach For India Fellowship experiences. Thereafter, she pursued her MA in Education with Azim Premji University where her investment to work in the areas of school leadership and inclusive education further cemented. Currently, she works at SEF in the Principal Development vertical towards capacity building of principals in government schools.

Saloni is known for a big bright smile and her “bunny” energy. She is an enthusiastic human being with a great love for giving and receiving hugs. She embodies the values of empathy and learning agility in every aspect of her life. She believes that the best outcomes are a result of collaborative efforts and strongly believes in the value of a collective.

Saloni’s childhood was filled with a whole lot of dance, being surrounded by soft toys and being pampered with her mother’s delicious home cooked meals.
