Namrata grew up in Delhi as a quiet and observant child who gradually found her voice through creative expression. Whether it was dance, theatre, music, art, or craft, creativity became her way of understanding herself and the world around her.

Curiosity has been a constant companion throughout her life. Though she pursued a Bachelor's degree in Technology, she never confined herself to a single path. Over the years, she has explored diverse roles and interests, from digital marketing and creative design to dance, art entrepreneurship, and sustainability consulting. For Namrata, no single title can fully capture who she is. This belief continues to shape her ongoing journey of introspection and self-discovery.

She is deeply fascinated by people, their motivations, behaviours, and the questions that lie at the core of being human. This curiosity often leads her down unexpected rabbit holes of reading, reflection, and conversation. At present, she is exploring how dedicating oneself to impact-driven work can reshape perspectives, values, and ways of seeing the world, a question she continues to engage with through her work at SEF.
