Manvinder Singh

Associate, Program Implementation, Punjab State Program

Manvinder comes from a village near the religious site and heart of Punjab's culture, Amritsar. His family has always been his inspiration, and their support keeps him driven to pursue his goals. Post 10th grade, he strongly desired to do something meaningful and support his family. With this motivation, he started working part-time while continuing his studies.


He secured a scholarship to pursue his graduation at Guru Nanak Dev University College, and worked as a cook at Subway, while attending classes at night. After graduating, with the will to work with and for children, he joined the Sanjhi Sikhiya Organization, where he worked to improve the education of students attending government primary schools. In Fatehgarh Sahib, collaborating closely with teachers and engaged with panchayats and the School Management Committee to raise awareness and empower them about their roles and responsibilities.


Following that, he joined SEF, with deep resonation in their vision. Singing has always been his passion and whenever alone, you can find him singing.


As a child, he was curious about mechanics and enjoyed experimenting with toys, often using their motors to create something new or crafting toys from clay.
