Kriti Malhotra is a passionate educator and changemaker deeply committed to transforming education in India. A Teach For India fellow, Kriti’s classroom journey laid the foundation for her belief in the power of equity, empathy, and purpose-driven teaching. She has worked closely with children from under-resourced communities, designing inclusive learning spaces and supporting their academic and emotional growth.

Her interest in social impact extends beyond the classroom. Since 2014, Kriti has been an active volunteer with Rotary International, contributing to initiatives in education, healthcare, and youth development. This exposure to grassroots community service has shaped her understanding of systemic challenges and the importance of collaboration in driving meaningful change.

Kriti believes that education is not just about academic success, but about nurturing the whole child. Her approach emphasizes emotional intelligence, student voice, and stakeholder partnerships. She is currently working at Simple Education Foundation (SEF), where she contributes to building a more just and joyful education system.
