Born and raised in the vibrant city of Delhi, Harmeet Kaur embodies the spirit of the "Sant Sipahi"
concept, aspiring to live as both a saint and a warrior. This philosophy profoundly influences her decisions, always guiding her toward becoming the kind of human she envisions. Central to Harmeet's life is the principle of "Sikhna," which means to learn and grow, a value that drives her continuous quest for knowledge and self-improvement.
Harmeet holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Honors from the University of Delhi, Following her passion for education, she completed her B.Ed. and joined the Teach For India Fellowship, an experience that profoundly shaped her understanding of education and her purpose in life. During her fellowship, she realized the transformative power of education and its potential to create lasting change. Working in under-resourced schools, Harmeet was inspired by the resilience and potential of her students, solidifying her commitment to education. Driven by the desire to deepen her understanding of human behavior and mental processes, Harmeet pursued a Master's in Psychology from the Central University of Punjab.
Right after completing her Master's, Harmeet joined SEF, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and a passion for making a difference. At SEF, she aims to leverage her diverse educational background and experiences to foster an inclusive and effective learning environment.
Outside of her professional life, Harmeet's interests are as dynamic as her career. A true foodie at heart, she loves exploring new culinary delights and discovering hidden gems in the food scene. For her “Love is in the air” means “ Kahi se Khane ki Khushboo aa rahi h”.
Harmeet is an enthusiastic binge-watcher, always ready to dive into a new series or movie marathon.
