A commerce graduate from Indraprastha college for women, University of Delhi, during an internship at a corporate, Srishti realised that her calling was outside four walls of the cubicle she was working at. Through an experience of working in a refugee community for almost 3 years and building awareness of self in the process, she joined Teach for India as a fellow in 2017 to understand educational inequity. During her fellowship, she spent abundant time in communities to facilitate after school learning and parental investment for 500+ through the learning center Kaafila.

In her current role, Srishti is leading the Centres of Excellence program in 5 schools of Tehri Garhwal.

Srishti defines her childhood as one full of random musings and curiosities !!
